1,000 Rep Workout
The goal is to finish the workout in under 75 minutes. In the future try to finish the workout in less time every performance.
- 100 reps Barbell Back Squats (bodyweight on the bar for men, women half their body weight)
- 100 Pull ups (assisted)
- 100 Weighted Lunges each leg
- 100 Crunches
- 100 Push ups
- 100 Rope curls
- 100 Burpees
- 100 Bench dips
- 100 Lying leg raises
- 100 Frog jumps
