The goal is to finish the workout in under 75 minutes. In the future try to finish the workout in less time every performance.

  • 100 reps Barbell Back Squats (bodyweight on the bar for men, women half their body weight)
  • 100 Pull ups (assisted)
  • 100 Weighted Lunges each leg
  • 100 Crunches
  • 100 Push ups
  • 100 Rope curls
  • 100 Burpees
  • 100 Bench dips
  • 100 Lying leg raises
  • 100 Frog jumps
