Body Blitz HIIT

The Body Blitz HIIT workout incorporates all body resistance movements performed for time under tension style training.

You will rest for 15 seconds in between every exercise.

  1. Squat- 30 seconds
  2. Rest- 15 seconds
  3. Burpees- 30 seconds
  4. Rest- 15 seconds
  5. Lunge Jumps- 30 seconds
  6. Rest- 15 seconds
  7. Push ups- 30 seconds
  8. Rest- 15 seconds
  9. High Knees- 30 seconds
  10. Rest- 15 seconds
  11. Plank- 30 seconds
  12. Rest- 15 seconds
  13. Bear Walk- 30 seconds
  14. Rest- 15 seconds
  15. Jumping Jacks- 30 seconds
