  7. 60second arm circles

 

Wednesday: (3x through the circuit)

  1. 30 crunches
  2. 30 squats
  3. 15 push ups
  4. 1 min wall sit up
  5. 50 jumping jacks
  6. 25 burpees
  7. 1 minute plank

 

Thursday: (3x through the circuit)
