100 crunches

100 squats

25 push ups

(rest 60 seconds, perform the routine 3 times total)

 

Tuesday: (3 rounds total, rest 60 seconds after each set)

 

50 jumping jacks

50 high knees

50 mountain climbers

20 squats

10 burpees

25 full sit ups

30 second plank

 

Wednesday: (3 rounds total, 60 seconds rest after each set)

 

50 jumping jacks

20 lunges

15 push ups

20 squats

15 tricep dips

25 crunches

30 second plank

 

 

Thursday:

100 crunches

100 squats

100 lying leg raises
100 Over head dumbbell tricep extension
4 planks until failure
100 v-up crunches
100 butt lift (bridge)
100 db shoulder press
100 lunges
