Leg Raises with Exercise Ball

  • Start Position
    Lie flat on your back with the exercise ball held firmly between your feet. Place your hands behind your head or flat on the floor for stability.

  • Lift the Ball
    Keeping your legs straight, raise the ball upward in a controlled motion. As you lift, allow your back to roll slightly onto your shoulder blades.

  • Controlled Lowering
    Keep your legs straight and slowly lower the ball back to the starting position. Do not let it drop — stay in control through the entire movement.
